@ Greylong

Craig and Kellie Thompson
I have been in public education for 30 years. I am getting out of public education and opening up our property to recreation and education. Greylong is God's property and we will use it as a ministry for His glory.

I have taught everything from 1st grade to 8th grade and English in high school. I had done over 20 years of monthly chapel at a youth detention center.

Kellie has graduated three homeschooled kids and is finishing up a fourth. She has taught all subjects from preschool to 12th grade! Our number two just graduated from Colorado Christian University.
Tiffany Fattaleh-
Equine Trainer
Growing up in Northern MN in a rural town, I was surrounded by farms and thankfully for me, horses! As a young girl my participation with horses was mostly trail riding from home with the occasional fun show at the local fair grounds - all with a Western saddle. It wasn’t until I was a teenager that I was presented an opportunity to work with a rare, unique breed to learn and ride a different discipline. This would ultimately lead to riding and training professionally within the Show-Jumping and Eventing field, while learning from some incredible Trainers, most of which are based in Ireland. At that time, it was my career and I soaked up everything I could to advance my knowledge and capabilities with all of the horses that I was blessed to meet. They are incredible animals and there is ALWAYS more to learn. From basic needs, grooming, equipment used, riding, chiropractic and muscle recovery, the show business and everything thereafter. Even though life circumstances have changed and I don’t currently own a horse, I’m thrilled to teach and share my passion about them when the opportunity presents itself! To God be the Glory!

Adam Martin- Beekeeper and Homesteader
Adam Martin started beekeeping at the beginning of 2019 and established Bee Kept, January of 2020. Bee Kept’s primary mission is actively promoting and teaching more natural and sustainable bee keeping methods. Our focus today is reaching those that are on the same path as us in the homesteading community and beyond. We have and use many avenues and platforms to get our experience and knowledge to whomever will listen with an open mind! We host in person classes at our farm in Middle Tennessee, from homeschool children’s classes all the way up to adults taking hands on “Bee Kept boot camps”. Adam has become an instructor for the School of Traditional Skills offering an online course of their platform. Adam has been a guest speaker and done demonstrations at many homestead events and festivals including, Homesteaders of America, The Homestead Festival, Back to the Land Festival, Eastern Tennessee Homestead Alliance Festival and many others.
Adam is inspiring a new generation of bee keepers who are thinking outside of the bee box as the western world learns how to BEE better stewards of such a brilliantly and intelligently designed creature. Free and feral honey bees are the cornerstone to more natural and sustainable beekeeping and Adam makes it easy and attainable for anyone to give it a go! Go to BeeKept.com and find everything you need related to what Adam is teaching and preaching! Check out Adams new book titled, “Bee Kept with Wild and Free Honey Bees”. You can also find Bee Kept on Instagram @beeingkept and Bee Kept on Facebook as well as YouTube.
